NO drive, but lifts and power steering work

looking for help with this fault on old Lansing E16 , not sure age as can't find a chassis number, so looking for help locate that too and if anyone could help with a wiring diagrame for it, many thanks

Hi thanks for reply, it's an old Lansing E16 that's all the details I can see on it and can't find a vin plate or chassis number stamped into it any where, any idea's where I should find any of these identification numbers ?
