Exactly , the problem is in access1 module. In case if the warrantly is gone for your module , you can simple open it and try to troubleshoot. There are two level of boards , like a pie , and one with flat cablle , comming from the bottoms , as I remember.
Especially , pay an attemtion to disconnect that flat cable. Tnen , using magnifier lamp , inspect outer board , where are located PWM power supplies chips which provided power for processor , periphery and also for disply indicators. I'm pretty sure , you will find something burned down.
Good luck with the findings !

If you tried a diffrent access 1 and it worked, i recommend replacing the whole access 1. It sounds like a part of the board in the access 1 was damaged, the beep would represent an error with the access 1 module.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
