Discussion:
No codes, non operational

I picked up this pallet jack at an auction. It has fully charged fresh batteries and the controller status light flashes yellow but that's it. No codes and the handle doesn't engage it.

Any suggestions.

Thanks!

Hahaha I wasn't aware that I needed to use a pin to get it going!

Way to go Stam! The old `turn the switch on trick` fixes it again! :)

you will always get a c28 if the red switch gets flipped off.
the red button on the keypad is for off.
for the c14, the truck was turned on with the handle down.
i think your good to go.

That was it! They didn't tell me about that when I brought it.

Now I get a C-28 and C-14 error on it when the EPO switch is in the off position and it has been unlocked. Once I flip the EPO switch on, the machine runs fine, lifts, lowers and moves as it should.

Any ideas on these codes?

are you turning it on? there is a keypad on the back of the control head, there is a pin number you have to enter to turn it on, the red switch near the battery connector is the epo switch. usually push #1 then green to turn on.

Do you know if there is a parts systemic available for this lift or can you help me identify this solenoid?
