Toyota 52-6FG45:
No Acceleration when cold

We have a problem with this unit has a GMC Vortec
No fault codes
When starting first thing in morning starts fine but remote throttle acutuator does not think about moving lower idle then after 15-30 seconds higher idle by about 100 rpm it will work and operate all day long.
Runs fine
