Hey y'all,
I'm new on here, I saw you said you Got it.
I'm having trouble with the same kind of forklift.
Nissan 36v electric CWP02L20S.
CODE 011 and 015 we've checked everything and run a self test, and it'll clear the codes, but when I put it in gear forward or reverse, I get the wrench pic and traction 011 code.
PLEASE HELP.
THANKS IN ADVANCE.
Dear Sir,
We have Nissan GQ02 series battery operated forklift. We are facing traction trouble 011 issue and error codes are 515, 530. Checked traction motor, transistors, diodes as per manual and found OK but problem not yet resolved, when we depress accelerator pedal FvR contactor released. Please help us to resolve the issue
This is a transistor control track

We are also facing same issue. Did u find the solution for thaat trouble
Same problem we are facing in our forklift. Did u find out the solutin
If my memory serves me right I remember during acceleration there is a second set of clicks when increasing speed like an overdrive. Not on this fork truck but another that is working properly.
Also forward and reverse contacts will kick out and then reset once you let off the accelerator pedal

Check for B+ voltage all the small fuses
Running into the same problems. Followed trouble shooting tree and checked all fuses. Checked current sensor and swapped controller and associated equipment also. No success. Swapped print board also. No success. Stoned motor and checked brushes and blew out motor. Any thoughts??? Also battery is on floor beside forktruck.

GOT IT!!!!
Control Card -re and re card all is good. A big shout out to this form and the techs that helped. You know who you are.
Thanks you very much
bye the way if you are blowing fuses you must have a short somewhere
did you say that you used three traction fuses?? and that the contacts drop out when you press acc silly question your sure the main cables are in the correct position ?? I don't think that the control card would be at fault more likely the main thyristor or the smaller ones req 1&2 need to be checked
I have done all above tests. Thank You
Found a Trouble Diagnoses for Controller manual. Symptom F-R contacts release when accelerator pedal is depresses. Checked Motor - OK - Which seems like it's in the Control Card.
1- Is it possible for NEW - T Fuse to have continuity and fail under load - Used three so far -
2- Anyone know where I can locate a #29380-1K210 Card
In Ontario Canada?
"3.make sure that the drive motor and cables are ok because the reason for the t fuse is a broken or loose terminal/cable if you had had a blown fuse it would come up with the same fault so if you had a broken motor cable that is the same as a blown fuse if you follow what I mean"
which also would follow if you had sticking or bad brushes in the drive motor...
