NIKKI Regulator Tamper Proof Screws

Was wondering if anyone knows where to get a special driver to remove the tamper proof screws on a NIKKI Regulator, have asked around at my shop but i guess everyone just uses a punch or chisel and breaks them loose and replaces the screw with a regular one.

I am a forklift technician here in Pennsylvannia, and if the regulator has a blown diaphram it needs to come apart, only thing is the shop has no drivers for the special tamperproof screws, all the other techs just use a pin punch or chisel to knock the screw loose then replace it with a regular screw.

There is a reason that they are tamper proof. Take it apart and you just lost your EPA/CARB compliance possibly resulting in a large fine.
