JUST PUT NEW SEAL KIT IN VAPORIZER, AND NOW GETTING LP VAPOR COMING THROUGFH AIR CLEANER, NO START,ELEC LOCK OFF WORKING, UNIT TRYS TO START WHEN LP TANK IS REMOVED, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICIATED

I have seen this be the result of the small balance rod diaphragm put in upside down when assembling the regulator.
Upside down installation will tear the diaphragm as soon as fuel is let into the regulator.
