Need help with crown ws2000 code

Need help with a ws2000 trouble code 2,2. Unit moves and lifts but is only moving slow. Book says BB wiring check. I can't find any problems. Can anyone help?

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
