need help identifying Yale FT and Engine

Truck came with the property. Can not find an id plate on the unit or motor anywhere. I was told it has a datsun / nissan engine in it. I have the carb apart and need a rebuild kit. I have pictures of the unit, engine and carb. if someone can help.

Numbers on the carb 210028-17 1 4845 1 x 01 I

I came across a carb from an a12 datsun that looks ver similar, but has a dual bore instead of single bore throttle body.

Yale never used Nissan engines. It is most likely a Mazda. Is it gas or propane powered?
