i HAVN'T YET BEGAN TO TROUBLE SHOOT IT , MAYBE SOMEONE CAN HELP?

not much info there, Frank, but turn off the gas at the tank, as the freezing indicates gas expanding from a liquid state to a gaseous state.
you may not have enough coolant in the radiator, or a leak of gas.
