MPB040E battery installation

Hello all. We have a Yale MPB040E electric pallet jack with the batteries removed. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or anything to help us install the batteries correctly? The operatinf manual is extremely brief in the battery sections and is no help.

Thank you for the quick response justinm. Yes it is 24V and four 6V batteries. The wires for it weave in and out of the charger bay and it is hard to tell if it is in series correctly. Unlucky the person who took it apart didn't pay attention to what it looked like in the first place. The serial#: B827N16924C

It's a 24volt unit with 4, 6volt batteries? Just hook them up in series. Start with the positive cable to the connector to one of the top batteries and make sure the negative connector cable is on the other top battery (goes through the onboard charger bay).

If you have a serial number I may have the schematic.
