Moving Problem On Linde H35D

Hello gentlemens I need your help, I have problem with machine Linde H35D seryal N: H2x393p03418/2003 engine starts but machine does not move not forward, not backward and gives message of T 238, before he did it if it was stoped using the brake pedal, sometimes he gives message of 247 can you tell where to find the problem thank you for the earlier
