Any one offer any help with the above m/c, getting various error codes. 13, 16 & 19.

13 is related to the traction IGBT, 16 is the stall timer and 19 is traction motor over current. It could be several things including the card. But i would start with a look at the current sensor, as a faulty one could cause all three of these fault codes. This is based on it being a DC machine, if it is an AC one please let me know.
