Mits EOP15

...I have a Mits EOP serial# 1eop240602. I keep getting errors 43 and 57, which are both current sensor errors. The ev100 scr plate was damaged by a user forking the side of it, I was able to get it up and running by replacing a rec and some snubbers...The truck ran fine for 6 mos, now the errors came back. I replaced the whole entire scr plate and I'm still getting these intermitent errors...I'm stumped..any input is greatly appreciated!!

Showing items 1 - 7 of 7 results.
status code -06
Throttle advanced with no direction selected

this could be slow directional contactors or bad directional switches (don't think this unit has directional switches)
could be a flaky pot in the control handle (might want to try a relearn on the travel pot)
Also check the circuit between the control card and the contactors, TB5(fwd) and TB6(Rev) and TB1(accel)
Check the carriage wiring board connections between it and the accel control handle.

the amp draw should not exceed the rated amperage on the drive fuse which i think is 350A. I doubt this is the issue as you would have to put the motor in a dead stall to get it even close to that amp draw. But it never hurts to check these things.

..Swoop...as always..thank you for your input! Yes, a entirely new panel and ev100 card.....I will have to check the amperage draw if I can tommorrow. I checked evrything in the card today and matched it with another truck just like it and the settings are all the same...Funny thing is, the truck can sit for a while and then you can use it for about 10 min before the code pops up

entire panel eh?
new control card too? (i'll assume yes)

then yes check the motor and cables

if you have an amp meter capable of measuring at least 600 amps i would check the amp draw on the drive system too and see if it is within specs for this machine. If it's drawing an excessive amount of amps it may trigger this code.

Hi Swoop...The entire panel has been replaced with all new wiring on it. PZ4 and PZ3 are brand new into the EV100 plug...I verified there position with another truck. The operator states it only happens after about 10 minutes of use....I'm wondering if it may need brushes?

was there any wiring on the panel that may have gotten damaged from the impact?

have you insured you have the polarity correct on PZ4 and PZ3 wires?
All connections are tight?

do you have another unit you can swap out the card with and see if it goes away?
