Discussion:
mini-levers

Just took over this account. Their Yale is showing a hydraulics lock-out message on the screen. Have no information on this truck at all. I suspect that the potentiometers in the mini-levers need to be matched similarly to the Toyotas I am more familiar with, but I don't know how to get into the dash to do the matching. Any help would be appreciated.

I replaced the lever assembly and all is good. There appears to be no matching function on this truck for the controller to learn a new centered resistance value. The only thing to do is replace the lever assembly.

Thanks

I'm having the same problem: Hydraulic interlock - Return to neutral. Switch seems good and mini levers are at 0%. I may be missing something. Could use some advice asap. Thanks in advance.

You need the Service level password or the supervisor level password to access the calibration mode. If the code comes up as soon as you turn on the switch, calibration will not help. One of the mini levers has lost center and needs to be replaced. First off you need to check the seat switch to make sure it is closing. The hydraulic interlock will display if the switch is open.

Fact of the week
In 1923, French tennis player René Lacoste was promised a crocodile leather suitcase by his captain if he won his next match. He lost the match but won the nickname "the crocodile" which he had sown onto his tennis attire. Ten years later he launched the first polo shirt and Lacoste, the first brand to feature a logo on its clothing.
