Mazda VA engine

Hey guys, working on a Mazda VA engine. Engine is leaking oil from both the upper & side valve covers. Is the side valve cover gasket available separately or only as part of a gasket kit?

Also, the pushrod tubes- how involved is the job to replace the seals on those?
