Does anyone have a service manual or diagrams for a TM-15?
Bought used on Ebay, had a dead battery, battery started taking a charge, drove for 20 feet, and now no drive in either direction.
Boom works fine. Maybe I blew a fuse or overloaded?

Battery leakage should only be 3 volts from positive to body. leakage induces the controller. if it zappi then you can check the alarms. There is also a fuse on the left tilt cylinder. Do you have a code on the BDI?
If the battery drops below 3 volts of 36 it will stall. There is a fuse in the column that is connected to the traction controller. If it a/c an dual drive motors. touch the drive motor if it is hot then that fuse blew inside the column. Remove the cover and you find it. Also check the lower contactor in the counter weight on the right. 36 or 48 volts should be at the wires connected at the contactor solenoid. The brake switch usually starts steering. press the brake pedal to activate.
A serial number will help in finding the correct diagram. More symptoms to the no travel will help as well. If contactors do not close, first check brake switches. Service and park.
