Lpg idle control valve

Need some information on the lpg idle control valve. Its operation, Have a unit that surges at an idle and hard to crank. runs fine at full throtle. Has an error code 522655-1. Getting fuel to the idle control valve but not through the valve itself. Any info. Thanks greg.
