Discussion:
lpg engine emission

I am looking for a bit of advice I have a lpg forklift with 14000 hrs on it and I did an analysis with a Sun MGA and got the following readings
CO2 % vol 4.00
HC ppm vol 3160
O2 % vol 8.97
CO % vol 5.620
CO cor % vol 7.70
Lambda 1.071
Rpm 856

Never having used it before or given any demo, What kind of figures should I be looking for taking hours into consideration?

Any help appreciated.

You must test the emissions when the engine is at operating temperature. The CO2 reading should be 1/2 of 1 %.
