Linde H50D-02 396:
Lowering the lift cylinder hardly

Hello, I have faced with a problem that when lifting without load everything works well but in lowering it gets hard and needs more power, it means I have to increase the engine rpm to start lowering.
Where is the problem?

There is a velocity fuse on that cyl as well
If you do replace it make sure you look at old one to get value off of it for the replacement

At top of each cylinder where the line hooks up there is a velocity fuse in bottom of fitting
Possibly one of those also look at hyd fluid for small flakes of metal in past Linde used velocity fuses that would flake off and get into the control valve causing said issue next would be lowering valve issue.good luck !

Hi, thanks for your message, but it's just while lowering the lifting cylinder. Not for all

Hi, could it be a low idle voltage problem?
Thanks all!
