Linde (& Baker) H30D:
low pressure on brake

Forklift worked fine. There was just liking on wheel motor.I replaced shaft seal. Reassembled all together. Tried to drive forklift but it wont moved. No error on display. Than I removed hoseline from brake valve. There was not enough pressure on brakes! How can that be?? All of the sudden....??

Also to , need to put grease on the brass plate to hold it in place when putting it back together. plate will shift and unit will have nothing working,

There is low pressure on brake valve......so between brake valve and gear pump.....

When you reassembled it did you line up the holes in the brake discs?
You need to replace ALL of the O rings and seals and inspect everything for wear.
