Looking for some referral advice...

I need some help from those of you who are experienced in the heavy vehicle equipment industry....I have a manufacturing client in Michigan that is looking to add a Design Manufacturing Engineer. They would like them to be experienced and still want to be part of the designing team but they also need them to be hands-on in the structural, hydraulic and electrical areas. They would love it if this individual came from companies like Caterpillar, Ingersoll-Rand, JLG, just to name a few. They are moving new fabrication to their division and this person will be involved in project work. Can anyone send me down the right path to find a person who might be qualified for this position? I really appreciate your help!
