Hi,
Can someone help me with the procedure of restore the default password for "AUTHORIZED SERVICE" menu. I know that the default password is 0002468, but someone unauthorized has changed it.
Thank you!

The steering controller is located on the steering motor, as I understand it. It's puzzling why an error occurs specifically when lowering the forks and no other command is given. I don't see the connection between the error and the action being performed.
Just wondering did you ever find the solution to this problem, I have a similar issue, steering and drive are ok but when any hydraulic function is operated fault e109 occurs
For more info i press "i" and works... the sub info is "Controller stop communicating" on first screen and at the second: "Node - EPS" and "Hex - 8131"
In the faultlog you can press "0" for more info.
The tapping i mentioned before is only for the old controllers with 4 or 12 leds.
what is the model # that you working on now?
In all history of 30 errors i have only the one mentioned previosly
"E109 - Steering System - sub info: Controller stop communicating"
what is the error code on the display, is it' only one error code or more then one, because one error trigger n other, now those steering control box is attach to the motor the motor have some small gears those get wear out so you might need to replace the motor or repair the same one,
The controller of the steering is located on the steering motor, as i know... is interesting why is giving error when lowering the forks and no other command is give.... I don't see the connection between error and the command that is doing.
Yep, correct.
Try to tap the controller while gently lifting, you will see.
It's a UHD, the one you refer is an UFS (i have one too at service) but this one have not front wheel turning.
It's wierd why give error at steering sistem when you give only hidraulic commands!
Try to slowly lift and at the same time tap gently on the controller, there is a small relais inside that somethimes is wornout.Thats always the first thing i check.
UHD is a 4 wheel truck i quess, check if the front right wheel is turning smoothly and check the 2 sensors(there should be 2 green lights on the dash to show the direction its in)Also check if the drivewheel sensors are in range.
Correct!
I have also a lots of PLL's and PLP's in service at my partners.
Now i have a wierd problem with an UHD... when lifting at maximum range and lowering is displaying the error E109 - Steering System - sub info: Controller stop communicating.
And this happend when truck is not moving and the steering commands are not actionated, only the lift/lower hydraulic commands...
Any sugestions ?
Top, thanks for the reply.
This dasboard is not really a sit truck nor a stand on truck.
Its a Zapi controller, so same as a PLL.
@John
Dear colleague the command I+5+2 worked!
Many thanks and great regards!
I was today at truck and i tried I 5 and I 7 and doesn't work :)
Now i seen your last post... i'll try this week I+5+2.
Thanks a lot!
I checked today, its I 5 and 2 together, then put in batteryplug
The truck is an "sit on stacker" with the simple keyboard controller, i tried with I 5 but doesn't work...

I5 is resetting for trucks you sit on and I7 is for the ones you have to stand or walk behind.
@John
