Raymond 20R30TN:
Load Wheel Replacement

Does anybody know how to replace the Load wheels on the Raymond stacker-model # 20R30TN; Serial#020R30TN7351-S

You have to remove the out rigger plates then it will come out as a assy.(If you have tandem load wheels). Once the assy. is removed the roll pin can be driven out of each axle.

See if you have a set screw under each wheel if not you might have a slip ring on the inside between the wall and bearing. Good luck
