Lo display, bdi indicates full

Help! I have a Cat EP16K serial ETB4B01694 that will not move. It displays Lo on the dash, and the battery icon appears, but the bdi indicates a fully charged battery. I found that the line contactor pulls in slowly then drops out. If I push on the contractor then it works. I replaced the line contactor and still have the same problem.

I think a connector problems. You can change the connector because it's parts not working properly.
