Discussion:
Line contactor

EP16KT ETB4B00136 I have a intermiting problem with this control the lift truck will operate fine yet stops and doesnt give me a code. Yet it may operate for a hour sometimes longer before failure. The failure is no forward or reverse no lifting just cyclying the key doesnt cure this nor removing the battery cable. Appears to me it isnt time related either as far as how long it sits. Before the lift works again so i have gone over connections and cables will the contacts for the contactors cause this problem if they are arched and pitted.

does the display go back to showing an "E" when this occurs? or does it stay in normal mode?

to answer the question about bad contacts, it should code out if there was a bad connection there but it would only show when you press the accelerator pedal.

Check the relay which is under the step to board the lift, this relay may be failing.
