LINDE R20 113 1998

Hi i have a R20 so this can not tilling 2000 kg, only 1000 kg and the lift cilinder stops so the pump turn max i think it is the pressure relief valve but i have check this and turn this to the max so it not helps. Is it possible the pump does not give the oil pressure the truck need for more than 1000 kg?

Hi ac d;
Has the oil in the tank been changed or added too recently? Also, Has a check of the hydraulic pressure cap been done? The pump creates flow and pressure is a measure of resistance to the oil's flow. To determine the efficiency of this truck's pump is to relate it to the volumn of oil change (speed of lifting change unloaded vs loaded).

Yes ,is possible if you have a pump with a lot of wear,that causes internal leakage.
Did you checked the pressure before and after you tune the relief valve?
