LINDE E15-02 3-WHEEL ELEC WILLL NOT MOVE

Hello, i,m working on a LINDE E15-02 H2X324L0156115. the forklift at first had slow travel. hydraulics OK. checked POT. replaced POT. truck traveled at slow speed once again. shut off truck due to battery indicator showing low battery. returned next morning when battery was charged and truck did not move. hydraulics still work fine. dash shows code "32" which is a accelerator issue but that has all been checked. the bottom line is the directional contactors do not get a signal from the traction controller. we have replaced the POT and the Traction Controller already. we have checked the current sensor, the hand brake switch, the seat switch, and the temp sensors but all check OK. could the composite instrument in the dash ( battery indicator, hour meter, and three LED's) be defective and be giving a bad signal to the traction controller? the only other component is the transistor but i don't think or better yet hope this is not the problem. any and all help is greatly appreciated. this is a 24v model with one pedal only. thanks, jay

Is the regen braking contactor stuck in? As from what i understand a faulty regen contactor can cause the traction to not operate.

Glenn;
Disconnect the brush wear and temp sensor plugs at the drive motors and operate the traction drive to see if you have normal travel. Question one have you checked the steering switches. Also, do you have a stable 15V from the voltage converter U1 to controller card to speed sensor, to accelerator and to current sensor. The fault code 32 on your truck that was produce in Germany on Jan 2001 is saying to me that the voltage at plug 1x13 pin 24 is out os spec. If you have the Linde Truck Doctor
software connected to the truck's communication plug under the spyglass hour meter you would be able to see if the accelerator is zeroed in and if 15V is there.
