How old is your pathfinder

Hello i have the same problem like davisonphoto.
Can somebody help ??

Ports were com1 and com3 I now have an old can box like the one that was stolen. All working correctly now. Thank you all for your assistance.

Is the usb port set correctly?

Last update we had from Linde via the IT dept earlier this year messed up Pathfinder & CAN box, it wouldnt talk to truck - we ( along with all the other affected company engineers ) had to re down load the update, install afresh & it cured it.

It seems that the driver is installed and when connected to the truck all lights flash when pathfinder is looking for the control unit. The can box was bought not in a kit due to a load of the old not being stolen out of a van.

After the lights flash om the box pathfinder flashes an error message but i cant remember the exact error I think its software/diag not available...something along those lines. Maybe the pathfinder is old as the folder that needs the updated config file doesn't exist. Think I'll give it up as a bad job before the laptop goes through the window and borrow the working one from a friend!

after checking linde's site... this canbus II system does come in a kit... you didnt get the kit? it comes with all the needed material usually software included.
theres even a bulletin on thier site showing how to install the drivers. I've been through this before and its similar to the impco usb driver software and that was kinda tricky getting it to install correctly.
