Hi, I recently recovered a linde t20sp 131 pallet truck from 2013 from scrap metal, after starting it asks for the admin code and after I enter the admin code it asks for the new pin code, which I don't have, and whatever code I enter the display returns every time to the previous screen without activating the flashing green light that signals that the platform is not active, in the manual I read that this light must remain on for 10 seconds because the platform to become active and the truck to become functional, but in my case the light bulb remains flashing, is there anyone who can help me solve the problem? I mention that I do not have the pathfinder diagnostic software. Thank you in advance.
As far, as I remember, the procedure is clearly described in Linde service manual (they name it Service Training).
For a Linde technician, there shouldn't be a problem.
Hi friend,
This mean the LID display has been set up with the keypad entry and you need to use the canbus box with Linde software to adjust the parameter fron the LID:
If 115-DC: Using truck doctor to go to LID => window 74 => Adjust CDEN = 0.
If 115-AC-02: Pathfinder=> Error code and Parameter=> Display=>Display option=>Code entry=not fitted then press F5 save to the device.

Nuna
Thanks Will mention this to the linde man :)
I dont have the linde hardware, I would have thought linde would have known about this, but they said they had not come across this before, and just advised to change the dash.
I recall some case like that.
Someone must have "played" with the truck and in settings menu activated the pin demand.
The issue is, that it makes sense only, when the you have the display with the keyboard.
When there's no keyboard, the truck is out.
How to solve it?
I don't remember exactly the order, but it goes like this:
Start up the truck from the beginning (battery, main switch, key switch),
connect the notebook with the Pathfinder,
go to settings,
go to display,
find the pin demand menu (as far as I remember there are three options)
choose "desactivate pin",
Reset the truck (key switch, main switch, battery plug).
As far as I remember, the operation should be done quickly after reset, for some short time after it, the system is accepts the adjustments.
I'll check in my old files, if there's some special issue concerning this, and let you know.
Hi Everyone
The problem is the display when switched on just shows the letters Pin, and nothing happens. We know its a display problem as we have replaced the display off another truck and the truck works.
What I wanted to know is has someone come across this problem before where a display just shows these letters and locks the truck out from being operated? The truck was working fine until one day they came to switch it on and this is what appeared on the display. Linde dont seem to know what it stands for according to the linde engineers.
It's probably 115.
Elektrodrive, what is your problem with the display? You need the pin code, or you just cannot input the code?
Perhaps, simply, replace the diplay.
Hi Elektrodrive,
I don't really understand what your problem is. Can you explain more details of the phenomenon?
