lifting problem

I got an Linde L10 1172 year 2010 and shows E1 441 error, and is no lifting but is moving.

LAC 441

Fault description
Higher force setpoint out of high-limit

Conditions of occurrence
Motor power required according to accelerator position is above the upper limit value

Error was not detected by main processor

Result
Lifting, lowering and traction deactivated (PWM lifting 0%, valves closed,safety relay opened)

Possible causes
Voltage displacements at the inputs
Potentiometer not calibrated or defective
Check motor connections
