Lifting out of sequence

Crown CG25-E5 MF01015R second stage hydraulic outside rams lifting before first stage centre hydraulic ram have changed both hydraulic filters changed hydraulic oil changed all the seals in centre ram and changed the valve on the hose outlet at the bottom of the cylinder any advise on what to do/look for next ?

I managed to solve the problem, I had to replace the cylinder valve, have the rod polished and the cylinder walls honed. With that, I just had to change the repairs again (I had to change them 4 times before I figured what the real problem was). Maybe you should try that.

Still have the same issue when the customer lifts the mast to full extension it resets the problem for a few days. Customer is going to keep using forklift like this until condition worsens will update if do any more work on this problem

It's good that the cylinder moves. Have you inspected or replaced any of the velocity fuses?

Yeah it does that then proceeds to lift out of sequence once loaded with material then lifting it all the way to the top resets it for once cycle then back to have the problem again

Have your allowed the lift to fully lift all the way up. Once the secondary cylinders are fully extended, sometimes the freelift cylinder will break lose and finally lift. That is typically the solution.
