lift not getting power after a month with out use, fully charged battery ignition on

the lift where working fine some time i have to move the ignition key couple times to make it work but the rest where perfect i leave the lift off for christmas when i come back on january i turn the key but nothing lights on i unplug the ignition to see if it was the switch and bypased but no still not, the battery is fully charge, can some body point me in the right direction
