Discussion:
Lift Limt

Hi all,

I'm working on a Yale orderpicker who makes ''Lift Limt'' when I try to go up. The traction don't work too... I don't have the ''Lift Limit'' switch on this unit.

I tried a new mast's pot, reset the card setting, the proximity switch at the bottom of the mast works well... but nothing change.

Anyone have any information about this unit ? I'm out of idea

Thank you !

My mast height was 378... I did exactly what you said and now the OPC works well.

Thank you for your help and your time!

Go into the one DiagDisp. Scroll to Lift Hgt. This will show you what the system thinks your mast height is. If it is not 0, loosen the encoder and rotate it until it is at 0.

Do you have access to the dash? You need to see where the encoder height is at with the mast lowered. It is probably over max lift height. You need to reset to 0. I will see if I can find the reset procedure.

lift encoder on mast determines lift height based on settings in the 1310 controller.
You can access the system through the dash by pressing the horn button twice real quick when you turn on the key before the horn sounds during self check.
Then navigate to the LftLmxxx and make sure it is set to 380in.
The scroll to LwrLmxxx and make sure it is set to 0in.

Do not adjust any other settings unless you know what they are supposed to be.
You could do a full default reset but you WILL NEED TO KNOW what systems the truck has and its steering type etc. I would not advise this unless you know this information.
