Talked to a Linde tech, safety valve is also referred to as relief valve. It is located on the side of the main control valve that points straight down. I had a bad connection from oil leaking into plug from a hydraulic hose busting a few days prior to the codes. Thanks for telling me what the codes meant.

Thanks for the information. Can anyone tell me what the safety valve is, or what safety valve current is low is referring to.

L289 = Safety valve current low although activated.

L292 = Safety valve always OFF.

Fact of the week
In 1923, French tennis player René Lacoste was promised a crocodile leather suitcase by his captain if he won his next match. He lost the match but won the nickname "the crocodile" which he had sown onto his tennis attire. Ten years later he launched the first polo shirt and Lacoste, the first brand to feature a logo on its clothing.
