Hello to anyone who can help. A malfunction of the forklift is not good working lifting ( forklift is able to drive ). DC Pump motor is controlled by thyristors... after pulling a lever for LIFT ( turning a lift switch on and moving with a potentiometer ) motor goes to the maximum power - no reaction to position of potentiometer, no change of the speed. "Electronic box" consists from : 1. CPU BOARD 2. PUMP DELAY/OVER SPEED/LIMIT MODULE 3. P500 PUMP LOGIC MODULE + 3 thyristors, 1 diode. Could you give me any information ? What I should focus to ? 1 ? 2? 3? Could you send me any manuals or schematics ? Thanks a lot , vlado

HI Mate
Sounds like a thyristor has gone faulty on the P500 pump controller, most likely short circuit hence once it triggers it cannot shut off.
You should be able to identify the faulty thyristor by testing continuity with a Digital Multi meter, also check your thyristor gate readings if you cannot find the short.
hello vavco; we had that same problem also, we had to replace the controller (SV662/13078) but I do recomment to control the diode and thyristors before changing the controller.
kind regards
