KION 2020

having read about KIONs plans for 2020 and the fact they want a EBIT of double digits i wonder is this something you would want your customers yo know. Are they paying a higher price for you equipment that will do the same as any other forklift. after all they will all move one pallet or material form one point to another.

KION will say that they can do this quicker and at a lower cost with linde but dont other manufactures offer hydrostatic trucks. In the developing markets Baoli aren't hydrostaic so how will they compare.

Are KION being a bit arrogrant to say we will have the highest prices for our Linde trucks premium Brand and the best EBIT because our customers will pay for this.

I have read in our local press in construction machinery middle east that a company plans to have a Middle eastern brand to shake up the market. like what Emirates have done in the Airline industry. Would this effect KION plans

Do you plan on moving that load more than once? How many loads per hour, per week, per year? What's the fuel consumption, tire wear, maintenance intervals. What's the lifecycle of the machine?

What's the cost to move a load from point A to point B?

All forklifts are not equal.

"...after all they will all move one pallet or material form one point to another."

I just had to laugh after reading your quote above. It kind of makes the rest of your post irrelevant.
