Jungheinrich ERE 225 KP Error

hello

i have problem in my stacker jungheinrich ERE 225 KP Years 2009.

in a display show error FE 3167.

Steering is not active but the motor steering is moving and also having big noise and the temperature in motor begin hot.

anyone can give me advice?

because the motor is still running but hot and make a big noise?
