Jungheinrich ERE-2009 - Part No. of Control Head, Upper part

Hi Jungheinrich expert,
I have the truck :
ERE 120 2009 - Cold store application
The truck is equiped a Battery discharge display + Error code display : at this moment it display error code 4371.
I assume that the Control Head, Upper part is defective and need to be replaced the new one.

But there are 2 part No. :

51241583 Control Head, Upper part / Digi H/S 2x/ + BS
51157749 Control Head, Upper part / CANOPEN
I don't know which one is correct, I am confusing. Please advise which one is the correct one ?
