Can anyone help with perhaps a service manual or parameter settings for a Jungheinrich EKS110 L100-160E serial is 91514369.

We have a problem where after raising the carriage once it passes the 2 magnetic switches which are together under the keyswitch assembly area it cuts out the lifting and traction. If we activate the switches with a magnet then it continues to the top and then only cuts out lift motor once it reaches top magnetic switch, however we still get drive as it should.

The problem is the cutting out of drive and lift halfway through after passing these 2 switches inside the carriage area.
