Discussion:
Jungheinrich EFGDF20

Can anyone assist? We have a power steer fault on an EFGDF20. Originally we had fault code 54 displayed and no steering. We obtained a replacement board and fitted this going through the appropriate set up procedure from the Jungheinrich documentation. We now have no fault code but the steer motor will not start. We have checked the motor and all inputs, everything externally seems fine. It is possible we are missing something in the set up of the board.

That might help! The truck details are EFG-DF20 #89910259. We have no fault code now but there is still no power steering.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
