Hi guys
Recently I worked on a 2002 EFG-DF 13-20 that due to a K1´s coil short circuit to chassis provoke that circuit protection for MP1514 drive controls 1U1 and 1U1.1 blew up. This happened because the operator began to replace 1F9 fuse each time it was blown for protection causing the circuit protection (diode and smd capacitors to short circuit ).
Luckely I could repaired protection circuit for these two boards and installed them again, but before that i checked all electrical wires and canbus connections, everything was fine. Also checked cables status with battery connected but unplugged from every board excepting Interface 3, also the customer uninstalled left drive motor for maintenance.
After installing the repaired boards and replaced the malfunction K1 I connect the battery and turnned on the forklift:
1. Lift board and RH Drive board startted with leds red and green flashing.
2. LH board only with red led flashing.
3. Int 3 with steady green
Lisa shows errors: 14 (K1 off), 40 (Drive motor temp sensor) and messages related to brushes sensor offline
As LH drive motor was offline this was according to the problem, but after installing again LH Drive motor with all the cables them:
1. Lift Board and LH drive Board startted with leds red and green flashing.
2. RH Drive board only with red flashing.
In this ocassion the problem with brusshes was changed to the RH drive board together with error 14 (k1 off).
3. Int 3 with steady green
As LH Drive board is the one in charge of turning on K1 I set parameters to default and restart the forklift without any result.
After checking all the cables I try to change truck type from default one to see if the boars were dummy, default truck type was EFG and I put EFG DF ac and set parameters to default, after rstarting the equipment:
1. 3 Boards goes on with red/green light steady.
2. LH Drive board turned on K1
3. 3M1 steering motor turned on
after few seconds of some smoke arrise from Lifting board and K1 turned off.
I turned off the forklift and check everything for damage, nothing at sight. I re-started the forklift and change Truck type to EFG and at this time:
1. Error 39 at Lift board, Error 83 at LH Drive board and Error 1
I checked Battery voltage even at startup and it was at 48 volts. I also changed truck type again to EFG (only) and at startup the forklifts starts as EFG-v 2.5 not just as EFG and all errors remain.
Finally I tooked Lift board to check for any circuit damage but right now i´m getting without ideas and resources.
Any help there
Many thanks

Thanks for your cooperation
I don't have any tool to detect the malfunction and the screen shows it now Malfunction 039 plus red light and the sound of the alarm
In the beginning, the fault was 014 and the whole hydraulic movement was working only without the engine responsible for the movement of the forward and backward.
My electricity engineer Instead of the back plates, MB 1514 did not change the failure and returned the plates to the correct place appeared error 039 Instead of the rear panels, MB 1514 did not change the failure and returned the plates to their proper place appeared error 039 and stopped working hydraulics also

At least you need Hand Lisa to check exact error
. 39 is related to a non recognized board (hydraulic, traction or int 3)
. 14 is K1 offline (could be voltage problems) or a consequence of error 39.
Did you have any tool or what displays shows you?
Hi
I have the same problem 039 + 014 but I do not know how to start the steps to repair Can you help me from the first step since I am new in this
Thank you
Hi everybody
I solved all the problems with Jungheinrich EFG DF 1.3
After I checked lift board to determine it was fine I recommended to the forklift owners to make a good maintenance of all parts on the hood (both traction motors, hydraulic motor and the hood). During the maintenance they detected that right traction motor have one of the carbon brushed broken (accordingly to the error showed by LISA) they replaced it and installed everything again.
I also installed a brand new K1, after connecting everything I started the forklift and remains with error 39 and 83, and then I began to reset Machine type to default one (EFG). After 4 tryouts doing this the boards recognize machine type EFG and Lifting board together with Left traction one began to work fine, right traction board was giving error 14 (No k1).
After a good check to all wires connections I realize that F1 cable from right traction board was unplugged during manipulations to CANBUS cables and because of this the error 14. After re-connecting everything started fine and k1 went on.
The only mismatch during the operation was that local technicians after assembly the traction motors mismatch F1 and F2 cables connections to the motor provoking that when I selected the travel direction right and left were opposed each other causing the forklift to be stopped, but this was fixed quickly and everything went fine.
thnaks
