Hello,
The control and probably 3 x MP1514 controller is solved. One of the hydraulics. Each module has a red and a green LED. The faulty module will flash the red LED. You must first calculate how many strobes. I exchange a defective module with one drive and migrates to the error when the module is bad, repair or replacement. Send me a drawing. Write me an email that there is enter your email address or yours is ABOUT.

Hi,

Email address is [email address removed]

The forklift will drive around without any faults, until i try to use the hydralics such as the lift tilt or side movement. Can hear the motor starting and then in a few seconds the fault comes on and the motor stops. The forklift itself can still drive forward, reverse and steer but the error 084 comes up and the lift tilt and side movement is disabled.

This only happened after doing a full recharge on the forklift. Not sure if it could be overcharged and this could create this problem. I have checked the hydralic fluid and it seems to be ok.

Thanks Hvala.

Hello. For Error 084---
Faulty speed sensor:
 AS4803L:
- Speed changes by 50% within 4ms;
- Reference speed less than half the rated speed;
- Steer transmission blocked;
- Tear identification: a valid sensor reading is reduced to
zerowithin 4ms and remains at this level for 50ms without
producing a new valid reading.
 PM2402L/2 from V1.60:
- Too many pulses on encoder 3 on steer motor

The code indicates the speed sensor fault (or the wires around), but you should have the traction problem too.
Anyway - check there.

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
