JSA, JEA, and JHSA forms stand for Job Safety Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis, and Job Hazard Safety Analysis respectively. These forms are used to identify and assess potential hazards in the workplace, and to develop safe work procedures to mitigate these hazards.

In addition to the places mentioned, you can also find these forms on websites of organizations and agencies related to workplace safety and health, such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) in the US, and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the UK. You can also find template forms online that you can customize to meet the specific needs of your organization.

There are a few places you can get JSA, JEA, or JHSA forms. First is your local bank which will have them on their website. You can also find them on the forms section of your state's government office.

If you are in the military then you may be eligible for a hardship exemption from having to fill out all those forms. However if you are working for a non-profit then there is no need to fill out all those forms either.

Fact of the week
According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
