I just picked up an older JLG 2032e2 serial # 0200057493. The platform will only raise 8-10 inches. If I push up on platform it will full raise. The person I purchased it from installed new hydraulic pump. It sounds like it's not creating pressure. Not sure where to start. Batteries are good.

Go online to Jlg.cm download the service manual for free. Then check system pressure when lifting.
