I just picked up an older JLG 2032e2 serial # 0200057493. The platform will only raise 8-10 inches. If I push up on platform it will full raise. The person I purchased it from installed new hydraulic pump. It sounds like it's not creating pressure. Not sure where to start. Batteries are good.
