MY NEW FORKLIFT IS ONLY WORKING FORWARD, REVERSE, LOWERING AND RAISING. IT IS NOT WORKING ON TILTING IN OR OUT AND SIDE WAY MOVEMENTS. I HAVE CHECKED THE HYDRAULIC FILTERS AND I HAVE ENOUGH HYDRAULIC IN THE TANK. PLEASE, ADVISE ME ON WHAT TO DO NEXT
