Discussion:
Intermittent stopping

I have a Nissan machine here Model# RPXT2W2G60NV Serial# 2W26-9310817

The issue I'm having is while running the machine around the warehouse it will intermittently just halt to complete stop and almost through you off the machine. I've never had it happen to me, but it happens to the warehouse workers running it overnight. When I bring the machine into the shop and bring up the codes in the display stored in the log book this is what I come up with.

This machine has a ZAPI controller but I do not have a hand held for it.

Any help with this or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We ran into a similar problem and the culprit ended up being the electromagnetic brake.

Any insight on this issue? This machine has come back to haunt me 6 months later. Machine now has 5433 hrs and same codes/symptoms. I'm leaning towards wiring issues since I have swapped tiller head units and zapi COMBIAC1 units from a sister machine. Just curious if anyone has come across any known chaffing issues or problem areas to check first. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

In 1923, French tennis player René Lacoste was promised a crocodile leather suitcase by his captain if he won his next match. He lost the match but won the nickname "the crocodile" which he had sown onto his tennis attire. Ten years later he launched the first polo shirt and Lacoste, the first brand to feature a logo on its clothing.
