Hyundai Support

Folks,
I've noticed there are a lot of unanswered questions in the Hyundai section.
Even though there are few, I just wanted to let you all know I will start checking this section regularly to try and correct this.

Hey robe, I have a Hyundai 30l-7m. It is a no start condition. Has a lot of fuel pressure leaving the regulator going to the epr. I just replaced the regulator but that didn't fix the issue.

I pulled codes and there is many codes. 6420, 1173, 1644, 2123, 1626, 6530, 1611. Not sure if you have a fault code list or any ideas why I'm getting high fuel pressure. Thanks

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Andrew. I already replaced 3 transistors in the ECM to correct a no spark issue. It runs great but randomly stalls for no apparent reason. A real head scratcher.

You need the correct software and lead to get the codes. There prone for backfires there a pita. I had one last week, the cam sensor wires were broken at the plug. They looked good but came off with a firm pull. All 3 were broken. Also check the plug gap, too much gap causes backfiring but shouldn't put the eml light on.

Hi,

I'm having issues with a Hyundai 13BOP-7 order picker. It's coming up with multiple error codes T82 encoder, T224 waiting for node, P 222 waiting for node.

I have a feeling the traction motor encoder or wiring might be playing up. Sometimes when you drive it will stop and code, sometimes it will drive very slowly and shudder, sometimes it will drive fine.

Any info on how to test encoder or diagnose fault would be appreciated. Thanks

SELL THE BEST, SERVICE THE REST!
I have a Hyundai orderpicker (13bop-7) that throws a "p236 current gain" code. it's symptom is no power to drive and no lowering (lifts fine).
as this was a "p" code, I assumed it was in the pump controller, which I sent to FSIP. their message on return was that they expect the code to be in the pump controller.
any suggestions would be more than welcome.

I was wondering if there is a way to get into a 25L-7a, heard you can probe two wires in connection for laptop to get codes to appear on dash. Done correctly ok, not correct burn ECU. Do u have pics of procedure to illustrate how too.

Hello Robe,

I'm currently diagnosing a 25LC-7A that has a noticeable misfire but only at idle. Check engine light is on but I am unsure of how to check the codes.

There was a hose leaking on the mixer, that has been replaced. Also the spark plugs have been changed, all coils seem to be in good working condition. Misfire goes away during any off idle rpm including a manually held rpm.

Thank you
