Hyster R30XMS2 lowering speed

Does anyone know if you can adjust the lowering speed? It has a Curtis controller. You can access the set up through the hour meter, but could not find any way to adjust. It was faster at one point, according to the customer.

Thanks

Try lubricating the mast (or check to see if it has been) by putting a thin film of grease on one side of each channel (the rollers will spread it to the other)

If that don't work you can recalibrate it. Email me for more info (profile).
