hyster pc service tool

I have the hyster pc service tool on my computer and need to find a way around the login. Does anyone have this info?

if you have the password you can do everything in dashboard

Where did you end up with this Pete? I need the PC service tool to shut off an alarm I get when my 2018 Utilev UT25P brake pedal is pushed >5 secs. the lift shuts off all hydraulics. So annoying. My lift is series A285...that means I need a certain rev of the software, right?
